At Helena the Label, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return your dress, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns for a refund or exchange for a different size - whichever you prefer.
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Return Process:
- Contact Us – Email lenahelenavdw@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Ship the Item – Once your return is approved, you must send the item back at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item:
- If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method or exchange it for a different size (subject to availability).
- If the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing tags), we will not process the return, and the item will be sent back to you.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 10 days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
